ELECTRONIC REPAIRS MANAGEMENT
Rework stations with full electrostatic discharge (ESD) controls are utilised, enabling our teams to replace damaged or faulty components across a wide range of electronic devices.

FAILURE ANALYSIS AND REPORTING
Through our data collection and analysis tools, we can determine the cause of product failure, and issue you a detailed report to manage warranty agreements.

PRODUCT INTEGRATION AND REWORK
For specific customers we are already a 3PI (3rd Party Integrator) certified to perform integrations, reworks and refurbishments using shop floor controls (SFC) managed by our SAP systems.

SCREENING AND TESTING
We have dedicated workstations for product screening and full functional testing.

DE-TRASH, RE-PALLETISATION AND RE-BOXING
We quickly and efficiently remove packaging from inbound returns and safely re-package and re-palletise products for distribution to any required location.

ELECTRONIC DEVICE FLASHING
We can remove, overwrite and load data and software on electronic devices in order to customise returned products for re-sale.

DEVICE REPLACEMENT & REDEPLOYMENT
Through our detailed product identification and traceability processes, we can quickly and accurately manage replacement and redeployment of customer returns.

RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORISATION (RMA) PORTALS
We can deploy tailored RMA portals for retailers and technical support teams to process their own returns onsite.

MANUAL RETURNS MANAGEMENT
Through our global office warehouses and trade counters, we can facilitate direct returns via walk in, post or courier delivery.
