ROD MCCARTHY

Managing Director for Exertis Ireland, Macro Evolution Services and  Exertis Supply Chain Services

Rod is the Managing Director for Exertis Ireland, Macro Evolution Services and most recently Exertis Supply Chain Services. He brings over 30 years of experience within the IT distribution, e-commerce sales and managed services sectors.

With a track record of managing to the highest standards set by private equity ownership, Rod has led challenged loss-making business units back to financial success and also developed strong businesses to realise additional profits, through value added initiatives and continual improvement focus.

An eternal optimist and full of relentless determination, he does not subscribe to the idea of unbeatable problems and does subscribe to the value of energizing people to deliver for our customers.

PATRICK LORD

Finance Director

Paddy joined the company in 2020 having spent over 5 years with Exertis Middle East. Paddy originally trained with Deloitte in Dublin and spent 9 years working internationally in Australia and UAE. Paddy is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) and a graduate of Dublin City University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance.

Katherine Baker

Development Director

Katherine joined the company in 2017 after spending seven years in international sales and strategy management for recognised household brands. She has a wealth of experience in business development and innovation and leads the development of our e-commerce capabilities. Katherine has more than 18 years’ experience in distribution, sales and operational execution.

General Manager – China

Roger joined the company in 2017 and is responsible for Exertis SCS China operations and supply base management. Roger has over 18 years’ supply chain field experience, strong experience and knowledges in Sourcing, material control, order fulfilment, logistics, manufacturing management and project management. Roger has rich experience on team structure, people development, budget & cost management as well. Roger get bachelor degree, major in MBA from Wuhan University of China.

BRIAN CASSIDY

Chief Information Officer – EMEA

Brian joined the company in 2016 and is responsible for our IT ecosystem. Brian has over 20 years’ experience in information technology, across multiple industries including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals & Banking. Brian is a graduate of Dublin City University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies as well as an MSc. in Information Technology.

Head of HR

Mary joined the company is August 2022. Mary graduated from Waterford Institute of Technology with an Honours Business Studies Degree specialising in Human Resources and CIPD qualified. Mary has over 20 years’ experience working in HR in various industries including Banking, Manufacturing, Retail, Services and Transportation.
