WHAT WE DO

Already selling on Amazon?
Here’s where it usually breaks.

Brands rarely come to us on day one. They come to us when:

  • Profitability is invisible under layers of FBA fees, chargebacks, shortages and ad spend.
  • Listings are inconsistent across Amazon.co.uk, .de, .fr, .com and that’s quietly costing sales.
  • Inventory planning is reactive: Stock-outs in peak weeks, overstocks in storage-fee territory.
  • Amazon PPC is bleeding: ACoS climbing, attribution unclear, no link between ad spend and incremental sales.
  • Account health alerts are arriving faster than the team can respond.
  • Brand Registry, IP infringements and unauthorised sellers are eroding margin and trust.

This is where Exertis SCS comes in. We’re a full-service business partner and operate as an extension of your team. Speak to us today.

    IS THIS FOR YOU?

    End-to-end Amazon channel management

Whether you sell to Amazon (Vendor Central, B2B) or through Amazon (Seller Central, B2C), via FBA or FBM, we operate the whole channel under one team and one contract. .

    Vendor Central (B2B)
Amazon buys from us wholesale. We manage POs, chargebacks, shortages, A+ content, cost negotiation.
    Seller Central (B2C)
We sell direct to consumers. We manage Buy Box, pricing, listings, customer service, returns.
    Amazon FBA
Amazon stores and ships. We manage inventory planning, replenishment, storage fees and forecasting for Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA).
    FBM/ Self-fulfilled
We ship from our own warehouse. We manage SLAs, dispatch, returns and account-health risk.

Listing optimization, catalogue management and Amazon SEO

Strong product listings are still the highest-leverage growth driver on Amazon. We run keyword research, copywriting, A+ content, infographics and image optimisation, and apply structured catalogue management across every variant and ASIN. Every listing is built for Amazon SEO discoverability and conversion as well as compliance with Amazon's style guidelines.

    Amazon PPC and advertising campaigns

We plan, launch and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and DSP with a focus on ACoS, TACoS and incrementality, not vanity metrics. Ad spend is treated as a commercial lever: every campaign ties back to inventory position, margin and deal calendar (Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday).

    Inventory management and inventory planning

Stock-outs and storage fees are the two most common silent profit killers. Our inventory management service combines demand forecasting, replenishment planning, FBA shipment scheduling and pan-European stock balancing so the right product is in the right marketplace at the right time.

Brand Registry, brand protection and product launch

We enrol and manage Brand Registry, monitor for IP infringements and unauthorised sellers, and act on takedowns. For new product launch programmes, we sequence keyword research, listing build, review-velocity strategy and ad ramp-up to give launches the best chance of category visibility from day one.

    Account health monitoring

Account suspensions cost more than any other Amazon failure mode. We provide proactive account health monitoring, fast response on policy violations, and structured Plans of Action to protect selling rights across every marketplace you operate in.

Pan-European logistics, VAT, customs and compliance

This is where most Amazon agencies stop. As part of a global supply chain group, we handle factory collection, customs clearance, duties, VAT registration support, kitting, bundling and fulfilment across Ireland, Poland and the wider EU under the same contract as your account management. We register for WEEE for your brand, and submit the monthly reports for packaging and batteries acts as well as other compliance points across the EU.

    HOW WE WORK

How our Amazon account management service works

A four-stage framework designed to deliver visible commercial impact within the first 90 days.

    STEP 1

    Free Account Health Check
We review your account health, listing quality, profitability per ASIN, ad spend efficiency, inventory position and competitor benchmarking. You leave the call with a clear view of what's leaking value and what's unlocked.

    STEP 2

    Strategy & onboarding
Joint strategy covering channel mix (Vendor / Seller / both), market roadmap, pricing architecture, advertising allocation, fulfilment model (FBA, FBM, hybrid) and KPI framework. Transparent scope, transparent fees.

    STEP 3

    Execution & optimization
Your dedicated team takes over day-to-day operations: listing optimization, catalog management, Amazon PPC, inventory planning, Brand Registry, customer service and returns. Single point of contact, weekly reporting, direct access to category specialists.

    STEP 4

    Growth & expansion
Once the channel is stable and profitable, we work on market expansion (new Amazon territories, new product launches, complementary marketplaces) and integrate Amazon into your wider commercial strategy.

Let’s talk about your Amazon strategy

Whether you’re evaluating a new partner, looking to scale into new European marketplaces, or want to bring structure to an existing Amazon operation, we’re here to help.

    WHY EXERTIS SCS

Why brands choose Exertis SCS over a typical Amazon agency

Most Amazon agencies stop at listings and ads. We don’t. Because we sit inside a global supply chain group, we deliver something most providers physically cannot: operational depth from factory to consumer, under one contract.

    CASE STUDIES

Brands we’ve helped scale on Amazon

We’ve supported global brands through every stage of their Amazon journey from first European launch through to multi-million-euro multi-marketplace operations.

What's the difference between Vendor Central and Seller Central?
Vendor Central is B2B as Amazon buys your stock wholesale and resells it. Management focus: PO flow, cost negotiation, chargebacks, A+ content. Seller Central is B2C where you sell directly to consumers via Amazon. Management focus: Buy Box, pricing, advertising, customer service. Many brands operate both. We manage both.
What's the difference between FBA and FBM?
With Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), you ship inventory to Amazon's warehouses and they handle storage, dispatch and customer service. With FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant), you ship from your own warehouse. Most brands run a hybrid model and we'll advise on the right split based on margin, product profile and inventory cost.
Which Amazon marketplaces do you support?
All major European Amazon marketplaces (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Poland) and Amazon.com in the US. We also support eBay, other major European marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels, all from a single point of entry.
Do you handle European VAT and customs?
Yes. As part of a global supply chain services group, we handle VAT registration support, customs clearance, duties and pan-European fulfilment, areas where most pure-play Amazon agencies aren't equipped to help. Particularly relevant for post-Brexit UK and non-EU brands selling into the EU.
    How is pricing structured?
This is tailored with typically a management fee plus performance-linked components. We're transparent about what's included so you can compare us like-for-like against in-house cost or other Amazon channel management providers.
How quickly can you onboard a new account?
Most accounts move from kickoff to active management within 4–6 weeks, depending on catalogue complexity and stock readiness. The initial Account Health Check can be delivered in under two weeks.
What if I already work with another Amazon agency?
Most of our new clients come from an existing agency arrangement that's hitting a ceiling, usually because the agency can't extend into operations (sourcing, fulfilment, VAT). Our onboarding is designed for clean transitions. We'll signpost what to ask your current provider before any switch.
